About Dr. Wang

 Personal Journey & Medical Philosophy

My medical career began at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and has always been guided by a clear and enduring purpose: to safeguard women’s health with both expertise and compassion. This commitment has been shaped not only by more than a decade of clinical practice, but also by my own lived experience as a woman, a mother, and a breast cancer survivor.

My years at Ruijin Hospital were a period of intensive growth, working across wards, operating theatres, and outpatient clinics. This experience allowed me to develop strong surgical skills and the ability to manage complex cases, while also deepening my understanding of the emotional realities patients face—the fear at diagnosis, the uncertainty during treatment, and the resilience required throughout the journey.

Having personally experienced a life-altering battle with breast cancer, my empathy for my patients goes beyond clinical training. I understand not only the physical challenges of disease, but also the emotional weight it carries- the sleepless nights, the anxiety about the future, and the concern for loved ones. This perspective continues to shape how I care for my patients.

My Approach

 Treating People, Not Just Conditions

I believe that medical care is not only about diagnosis and treatment, but also about understanding the person behind the condition. Listening, explaining, and supporting are just as important as clinical decisions.

I take the time to understand my patients’ concerns, answer their questions, and guide them through each stage of care with clarity and reassurance. As both a clinician and a mother, I am especially mindful of the challenges women face in balancing their health with family responsibilities, and I strive to provide care that is both precise and compassionate.

Why Am-Sino

 A Deliberate Choice: Am-Sino Healthcare

The primary reason I chose to move from a public hospital to the private medical setting of Am-Sino was to have more time for my patients and for the meaningful, unhurried communication they need.

I understand deeply that women face not only physical illness, but also emotional strain, anxiety, and, at times, uncertainty about their lives beyond the diagnosis. Often, what they need is not just a successful procedure or a well-designed treatment plan, but a doctor who will listen with patience, respond with empathy, and walk alongside them.

At Am-Sino, I am able to step away from the hurried pace of a traditional public hospital environment and truly focus on each individual. I can take the time to understand not only a patient’s medical condition, but also her emotional needs and personal circumstances.

Whether I am caring for women facing complex conditions such as tumors, supporting those managing common gynecological or menopausal concerns, or working with mothers balancing health and family, I strive to see each patient fully.

My goal is not only to treat illness, but to provide reassurance, understanding, and support, moving from simply treating a condition to delivering truly holistic, patient-centered care.

Today, at Am-Sino Healthcare, I continue to practice this guiding principle, drawing on my clinical experience, the perspective of a mother, and the empathy of someone who has been through it, to protect the health and dignity of every woman I serve.
