个人简介：
1984年毕业于上海医科大学，从事妇产科临床工作40年。作为交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院更年期特色门诊负责人，花琪主任2020年12月带领团队使得医院成功获评国家卫生健康委员会妇幼健康司、中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心第二批“国家更年期保健特色专科”。
